If you don’t have a teflon sewing machine foot and are having problems sewing vinyl or similar type fabric, try this temporary solution. Tape a piece of Scotch tape to the bottom of your standard sewing foot to create a non-stick surface. Cut away the sewing area using a pair of small sharp scissors.
